Pune, India – June 2, 2024 – RhythmicWorks® is proud to announce that its flagship meditation timer and tracker app, Meditate, has been selected as a finalist for the prestigious 2024 Apple Design Awards in the Visual and Graphics category. Meditate is the only app from India among the 42 finalists, marking a significant achievement for the country in the realm of app design and development.

The Apple Design Awards celebrate the best in app design, innovation, and technology across the Apple ecosystem. The Visual and Graphics category specifically honors apps that feature stunning imagery, skillfully drawn interfaces, and high-quality animations that lend to a distinctive and cohesive theme. One app and one game will be selected as winners across 7 categories.

Apple highlighted Meditate’s unique features, stating, “From an indie developer in India comes this clever meditation timer and tracker, in which successfully completing meditation sessions creates a mandala that’s been beautifully rendered in SwiftUI. Meditate shines on iPhone — where you can keep tabs through Standby mode on your nightstand or Lock Screen widgets — and as an independent Apple Watch app.”

Meditate offers a serene and user-friendly experience, combining the art of meditation with the beauty of digital design. Users can track their meditation sessions and visualize their progress through intricately designed mandalas, providing both a visual and spiritual incentive to maintain their practice.

“We are deeply honored to be recognized by Apple for our design efforts,” said Mithil Jadhav, Founder of RhythmicWorks®. “Our goal with Meditate has always been to create a tool that is not only functional but also visually inspiring. Being the only app from India among the finalists makes this recognition even more special for us and motivates us to continue pushing the boundaries of creativity and technology.”

The winners of the Apple Design Awards will be announced at the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) on June 10, 2024.

One Meditate user shared, “The mandalas created by completing meditation sessions are not just beautiful but also serve as a powerful visual reminder of my progress and dedication. The app has truly transformed my meditation practice.”

Meditate is available for download on the App Store and is designed to work seamlessly across iPhone and Apple Watch, providing users with an integrated and enriching meditation experience.
